• 100% absolutely yes, we have $20 Million liability insurance, giving you peace of mind. We take before and after photos of every job and store it on our data base, if we step on a plant we will replace it no questions asked, we leave your place better then when we arrived. 100% Customer Satisfaction is guaranteed every time.

• We cover from Port Stephens, Newcastle, Central Coast, Maitland, Northern Sydney, Singleton, Scone, Tamworth. Other areas on a per job basis.

• Yes we do, our minimum call out is $250
• Our minimum call out for Graffiti after hours is $1000

• Yes we do, we have 3 packages, Complete Home Care, House Proud and Basic.

All our packages come with a 10% off when booked in for a annual maintenance

• Yes we have Afterpay

• When we complete your job, we will send you an invoice with full details of how to pay and the due date, normally 7 days after completion.
• Merchant reader available at time of completion but a 1.5% fee is applicable and paid invoice will be emailed to you.

• Yes we do, if you book in multiple jobs we offer a 10% discount, and if 2 Neighbours = 10%, 3 = 15%. Offer applies to all services except Roof Restorations.

• We sure do, Get priority booking and 15% off when you book in for your annual maintenance program, Does not have to be the same Package or Work done previously, if you only need your Driveway and house washed that’s all we will do, we make customised maintenance packages to suit your needs.

• If for example we are cleaning your pool area, all furniture, pot plants are to be removed so we can have full access, if you need us to move heavy or multiple items we do charge a fee to remove and replace all items back, based on a per job basis.

• Our solutions are all biodegradable and with our rinsing techniques will not harm your plants or pets. We are highly trained to protect your plant life and perform their job safely while working at your home.

• With the use of our 24 volt Softwashing system we are able to use our biodegradable solutions without the use of High Pressure on your Roof or House where it is not needed and can do damage. There are places to use High Pressure hot or cold water,  which we use and that is a job by job requirement, such as Driveways, Service Stations and the like. We know what tools to get the best results.
